REVOLUTIONARY

SA Home Developments (SAHD) is an innovative Level One, 100% youth and black-owned property developer (135% B-BBEE procurement recognition). We are also South Africa’s first black youth-owned property developer.

We were incorporated with the principal goal of providing housing to both low and middle-to-high income individuals. This made prevalent in a time of rife poverty and lack of adequate housing for the majority of South Africans.

INNOVATIVE

SA Home Developments adopts a turn-key (design/build) approach. This includes the land owner, developer and contractor with internal town planning, marketing and project management capacity. We boast a wealth of expertise in engineering, architecture, project management and legal affairs.

Each member of management has industry experience that applies to their specific assigned position, which creates a well-balanced team.

NHBRC Working Practice

Since December 1999, all home builders have been required, by law, to register with the NHBRC to prove credibility. SA Home Developments is a NHBRC registered property developer.

Through our integrated building software, SA Home Developments is able to plan and control the budget of any project. This includes activities such as estimating, financing, funding and managing in order for the project to be completed within the approved budget.
